Do you want to upload Credentials? Now or Later

• Credentials Form* (by the countries who have signed and ratified the ISA Framework Agreement and have deposited the instrument of Ratification with the Depository)
• You may please refer to the definition of the delegate categories in the Advisory.
• Please note that the completed Credentials forms can be uploaded online when submitting the registration or can also be emailed to assembly@isa.int as soon as possible or latest by 17th November 2026.
• However, the delegates from the Member Countries are requested to submit duly completed forms at the earliest to enable seamless registration for participation in the Ninth Assembly of the ISA.

Do you want to upload Accreditation? Now or Later

• Accreditation Form* by: (a) Countries who have signed the Framework Agreement of ISA under Article VII but are yet to ratify it; and (b) Prospective Member Countries who have not yet signed the Framework Agreement of ISA.
• You may please refer to the definition of the delegate categories in the Advisory.
• Please note that the completed Accreditation forms can be uploaded online when submitting the registration or can also be emailed to assembly@isa.int as soon as possible or latest by 17th November 2026.
• However, the delegates from the Observer Countries are requested to submit duly completed forms at the earliest to enable seamless registration for participation in the Ninth Assembly of the ISA.
